Waitlist and reservation privacy notice

What we collect
Waitlist: your email address, the time you joined, and the time you confirmed.
Reservation: your email address, your name if you enter it at checkout, your country as reported by the payment, a Stripe payment reference, and the time of the reservation. Card details go to Stripe and never reach us.
We do not ask for your home address, family details, camera information, or device serial numbers, and we ask you not to send them.
Website analytics: page visits, selected sections, button clicks, video progress, and signup or reservation outcomes. A random ID stored for your browser tab connects these steps, including through a signed confirmation link or Stripe checkout metadata. We do not send form contents, email addresses, payment details, or confirmation tokens to PostHog. Session recording is off.
Why
To confirm you asked to hear from us, to send you product updates, to process and refund reservations, and to invite you to purchase when your place in line comes up. We do not sell or rent this information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it lives
Data is stored in a database hosted by Supabase in the United States. Email is sent through Resend. Payments are processed by Stripe. The site is served by Vercel. We use PostHog for product analytics and Sentry for error reporting, both configured to avoid collecting personal content. Each of these companies processes data on our behalf under their own terms.
How long
Waitlist entries stay until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Unconfirmed waitlist entries are deleted after 30 days. Reservation records stay for as long as the reservation is active and for the period required for tax and accounting afterward.
Your choices
Every product-update email carries a one-click unsubscribe. Reservation receipts and refund confirmations are transactional and are sent to the address on the reservation. To have your data exported or deleted, write to hello@meetdomovoy.com from the address you used. We will confirm within 30 days. Deleting a reservation record means cancelling and refunding the reservation.
